SIM Research Development Workshop (RDW), one of the most SIM-fluential events at AOM annual meetings, returns as IN-PERSON in Chicago!

SIM RDW aims to bring SIM researchers together to develop SIM academic scholarship. Each accepted applicant, mostly early-career SIM-ians, will be paired with an established scholar to explore how their works-in-progress can be refined and improved to successfully achieve publication in target journals. Another highlight this year is a collaborative engagement to create a possible research project on a timely issue (to be further explained at the workshop).

The application deadline was Monday June 3rd, 2024, and we have received a record high number of submissions, “65”! The SIM Research Committee sincerely appreciates SIM-ians’ interest as well as the SIM leadership team’s insatiable assistance! The committee also thanks the established scholars (listed below) who will participate as mentors this year!
