Hello all -
This is my first AOM post. I am seeking support surrounding individual characteristics of compliance vs. commitment. In the literature I am struggling to find a definition of commitment vs. compliance outside of organizational commitment. For example, an individual is committed based on their virtue vs. complying based on their sense of duty (rules-based compliance).
I welcome any leads.
